Our review started out testing these two Article Submitters.  While Sarah used the IMWishlist submitter I was using the article submitter that came with AMS.

So, our decision was based on the fact that IMW is free and ranks directories by PR and Alexa ranking.  AMS while having more directories to submit to does not list PR or Alexa and is not updated so no telling how many of those directories are still available.
